The manufacturing of Aeris®-InCycle utilizes Ad-Air® Technology. Ad-Air® Technology is a simple concept with a patented and highly-refined process to expand plastics while in a solid state, as opposed to conventional foaming techniques. This allows for very precise control of bubble size and placement and eliminates the need to use potentially harmful foaming agents. Products made with Aeris®-InCycle use less plastic by weight than with conventional methods and as a result, greatly lower the environmental impact of plastic containers by reducing the amount of source material used.
