We have close to a dozen different converting machines and a dedicated operating team specialized in running various sheeters, slitters, laminators, and power cutting equipment. Our Plant 1 facility is state-of-the-art with over 45,000 sq. feet solely used for converting our stock substrates or receiving, handling, and custom converting material you supply to us to meet your specifications.

A recent example of our flexibility and dedication to our customers involved an order request coming on Friday morning and requiring delivery Monday morning. We immediately called on our team to pull together a plan with the right scheduling, the right machines, and the exceptional XCEL operators to get the job done. Adding additional shifts and utilizing cross-trained employees, we were able to get to work immediately. Having multiple custom converting lines was a job saver as well. Experiencing a technical issue on a Saturday morning without repairs possible until Monday, we pivoted and moved the project to another line to meet the demands of the client. With a team of operators ready for anything, multiple converting lines, and clients who trust us, we completed a 20,000 sheet order on time, in less than a few days – most importantly, less than one business day!
