X-Bead Silicone Keder For SEG Frames

XCEL offers a full line of X-Bead Silicone Keder For SEG Frames. XCEL Silicone Edge Graphic Frames are designed to display a stretch fabric print secured with a silicone strip sewn or adhered to the edge of the textile print. Once the X-Bead is attached, the silicone strip is inserted into the SEG Channel, creating a clean and seamless display edge to edge of the frame. X-Bead Keder is manufactured to the perfect dimension for XCEL SEG Frame Systems. All of our profiles will accept X-Bead in the designated SEG channel. Our X-Bead options include standard, ECO, and adhesive, all specially-formulated depending on your needs.

X-Bead Clear

Clear Construction
It is manufactured for low-temperature, trouble-free sewing and has been formulated to provide a low degree of stretch.
Thermoplastic construction allows for high-speed production and fast turn around
X-bead Clear can be recycled through industrial PVC recycling chains.

X-Bead Eco

A specially-formulated, PVC-free keder
Manufactured to match typical silicone properties in elasticity and hardness.
It also has a relatively high heat resistance and a low coefficient of friction for high-speed sewing applications without additional cooling.
Thermoplastic construction allows for high-speed production and fast turn around
Can be recycled in traditional recycling chains that handle polypropylene (PP) based products
