Custom Converting

XCEL is dedicated to meeting your converting needs. We have close to a dozen different converting machines and a dedicated operating team specialized in running various sheeters, slitters, laminators, and power cutting equipment. Our Plant 1 facility is state-of-the-art with over 45,000 sq. feet solely used for converting our stock material or receiving, handling, and custom converting material you supply to us to meet your specifications.

Our team is the highlight, each cross-trained to operate various machines and flexible to the schedules and timelines needed to deliver each order on time, within budget, and to the best quality in the industry. We understand your demands vary and XCEL will do whatever it takes to ensure success for you and your client.

We are also the premier converting partner with General® Formulations products. We will supply finished rolls or convert to non-standard rolls or sheets to fit your needs.

Our Custom Converting Capabilities Include:

• High-speed, high-tolerance sheeting up to 59.5″ wide (for litho/offset printing)
• Custom sheeting up to 80” wide (for wide-format printing)
• High-tolerance slitting capabilities from 4″ to 62″ wide
• Converting of master rolls to small rolls
• Re-rolling of goods up to 62″ wide with a 30” Outside Diameter
• Static cling laminating up to 54″ wide
• Guillotine cutting (power cutting) up to 87″ wide by 101″ deep
