Embrace the Season!
At XCEL Products, autumn is one of our favorite times of the year. With the cooling temperatures and brilliant transformation of our trees from greens to reds and golds, the season is now upon us! This fall has been especially exciting for us. We have been working hard and embracing the exciting growth we are experiencing. With this growth has come many new employees who are helping to showcase several new large programs we are offering and to help give not only our current customers the best service and products possible, but to also welcome the dozens of new customers experiencing XCEL for the first time.
XCEL takes offering our customers the very best in both service and products seriously and we work hard to surpass expectations. However, much like the famous line in a certain 1980’s movie based in the blizzard sacked mountains of Colorado, “All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy.” It’s easy to singularly focus and commit to only the task at hand and forget to see the trees through the forest. To keep our vision on track and to keep energy and productivity up, we like to recharge ourselves and balance life and career.
With winter closely approaching, some of our team members decided to make the most of the season and take their break to recharge over lunch with a ride through the trails of a local park and experience Minnesota’s exceptional fall colors. This is team building at its finest! Recharged and ready to take on the next round of challenges, the XCEL team is fired up to help our customers with their next project.
One of the best parts of working with a great team is the bond formed not only by the work that is shared, but also the experiences shared outside the office. Improved communication and bonding ultimately lead to better products and services for our customers. By purposefully inspiring, empowering and supporting each other, we strive to enrich the lives of our team members, their families and our customers. This dedication and support of one another as a team, transfers over rather nicely to how we treat our customers.
As we slide into the holiday season and the inevitable shortening of days and falling temperatures, take some time to recharge and take in the wondrous display your own neck of the woods might have to offer. Whether you’re a long-time partner or a new customer experiencing our company for the first time, we are ready to offer solutions for your upcoming projects.
